This place is the perfect family retreat, for one family or two families to share. Only one and a quarter hours from Melbourne, it epitomises tranquility. The property is on a one and a quater acre block comprising a beautiful parkland setting, a swimming pool and tennis court as well as a comfortable house to sleep at least 11 people.

The house has a modern kitchen, with European appliances and dishwasher, complete laundry facilities, two bathrooms, four bedrooms (two with queen size beds), dining room, a sun filled sun-room overlooking the back garden, pool and tennis court set at the rear of the block, and a beautiful open fireplace in the cosy lounge area. Perfect for when our weather is not as warm as we may have hoped. (The house also has ducted heating.)

The barbeque/patio area adjacent to the house and the pool encorporates a large, woodfired pizza oven.

Whitecliffs Road is only a minute from Blairgowrie, and ten minutes from the delights of Sorrento.

The house is 300m from the front beach and less than two kilometres from the Rye shops, yet you could be miles from anywhere in this peaceful, out of the way spot.

People renting the property would need to bring their own bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc and whilst the pantry has a few essentials, you would be expected to replenish these if you used them up. Cleaning and tidying the property is required at the end of your stay.

Oh, and you need to bring your own tennis racquets and balls!
