in seconds. Walk across the swing bridge over the river and arrive at the surf
lifesaving patrolled beach.
Other features include an abundance of natural sunlight and vehicle access to the front door. Wood is supplied for the Coonara wood heater on those cosy, cooler nights - for the warmer times, airconditioning.

If you don't want to cook, it is a five minute walk to the start of the shops, gourmet restaurants, supermarket, delicatessens and famous Lorne cafes.

walks. Take a walk to Erskine Falls, visit the Pennyroyal Rasberry Farm, try
your hand at fishing, swim the 'Pier-to-Pub' and compete in the 'Mountain-to-Surf'
